Well, happy to report Eliza is doing wonderfully. Still sleeping extremely well. She's starting to grab hold of things with great purpose. She's experiencing the early stages of teething, which makes her want to suck and gnaw on everything she can get her gums on. Mommy put her in the Baby Bjorn facing forward on a walk the other day and Eliza loved it. She's done it twice now -- she checks out the whole neighborhood, eyes wide, arms and legs flopping. Eliza is just wonderful...we feel so blessed.
It's been a long time since our last post! Too long.
Well, Eliza is now 3 months old, and growing into the most incredible little girl. In the last day or so she has started experimenting with some new sounds. She gets such a kick out of hearing them, and clearly thinks they sound really cool. Mom and Dad think they're hilarious (and of course beautiful) sounds. We liken them to the sounds a pterodactyl might make. (Yes, we had to look up how to spell 'pterodactyl.') Here is a little video of Eliza's new sounds (and Mom and Dad trying to coax them out of her...)
